Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, designs, code, and materials created by WebOpTech for a client remain the property of WebOpTech until full payment is received.
After full payment, ownership of project deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise specified.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our website content without prior written consent.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive or proprietary information exchanged during the course of business.
Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent unless required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

WebOpTech will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
While we strive to deliver measurable results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as top search rankings or a fixed number of leads, as these depend on market factors beyond our control.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party tools, platforms, or plugins (such as Google Ads, Facebook, or hosting providers).
WebOpTech is not responsible for changes, downtime, or issues caused by third-party platforms.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice as per the agreement.
Upon termination, the client must settle any outstanding dues, and WebOpTech will deliver completed work up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Khordha, Odisha, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
