As a Social Media Executive at our agency, you will be responsible for managing social media presence for our agency’s clients, helping build brand awareness, engagement and community across platforms. You will collaborate with design, strategy and analytics teams to execute campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute social media content calendars across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Shorts/Reels) aligned with client goals.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, video, stories) tailored to each platform’s best practices.
• Monitor social media channels: respond to comments, messages, and audience feedback in a timely manner.
• Track and analyse social media metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, impressions, clicks) and prepare reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay on top of latest social media trends, platform updates, tools and algorithm changes; identify opportunities for clients.
• Collaborate with designers / videographers to ensure content is on-brand, on-brief, visually appealing and optimized for each channel.
• Manage paid social campaigns (planing, set up, monitoring, optimisation) as assigned.
• Perform competitor and industry benchmarking: what other brands/clients are doing, what’s working, what’s not.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media (agency or in-house) for brands.
• Comfort with working in an agency environment (client-servicing, multiple campaigns, deadlines) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X / Twitter, YouTube, Shorts/Reels) and what type of content works where.
• Ability to ideate, draft, edit and publish content in various formats (static posts, carousels, stories, reels, videos). Good writing & visual sense.
• Engaging with audiences, responding to comments/queries, building online community and managing brand reputation.
• Comfortable tracking and interpreting key metrics (engagement rate, reach, impressions, CTR, follower growth), using social analytics tools & preparing reports with actionable insights.
• Keeping up with latest social media trends, formats (e.g., reels, short-form video), algorithm changes and suggesting fresh campaign ideas.
• Experience with social media management and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio) and familiarity with design tools (Canva, AI Tools) is advantageous.
